Useful information
Our opening hours are from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm
Stephen & Anneri stay on the property to ensure 24-hour care for your pets. All pets will be cared for, fed, played with, walked (if agreed to) as if they are our own. Dogs are rotated in different play areas to keep entertained. If socialised, and agreed to, dogs may be in general communal area.
Terms & Conditions agreed to:
- Cats are kept in a secure area, with indoor and outdoor areas.
- Should a pet become ill in our care, we will refer to a vet to ensure the best treatment, however, we cannot be held responsible for a pet’s illness. Vet bills will be for owners account, however, we will make every effort to keep in contact should any problems arise.
- Please also note that there is an additional risk for dogs in social communal area (if agreed to), as we can only take the word of each owner for socialisation. We will remove any dog from the communal area if they cause any problems. We cannot take responsibility for any accidents that may occur.
- No pet will be admitted without an up-to-date vaccination card All pets over 6 months should be sterilized.
- Please ensure that your pet is dewormed after their stay.
- Any pet not collected within 7 days of planned collection date will be handed over to a rescue organisation/re-homed unless contacted.
- We do supply bedding, toys, bowls for pets, however, you are more than welcome to bring your own, please ensure they are well labelled. However please note we cannot be liable for damaged or lost items.
- Please ensure that your pet arrives safely on a leash or in a cat carrier.
- A deposit of 50% to secure the booking is required. Prices are per night, no refunds are made should you decide to cancel or collect your pet earlier than the planned date.

There is an option for dogs to be walked every day
Dogs can socialise with the other dogs staying at the kennel if they are social
Dog Owners are sent WhatsApp pics and updates during their Pets stay with us.
We also happily look after hamsters, fish and birds if your larger furry friend is booked in with us (for free!)
Requirements for overnight stays
- All food needs to be supplied by the owner this ensures that your furry friends get what they are used to and they don’t get tummy issues.
- We prefer you to bring your pets bedding for their stay (Dogs like their homely smells around them) however, we do have plenty of spare bedding if you don’t.
- We need a copy of your latest vaccination cards
